Summer brings heat, dryness, lots of sweating, sunstroke, skin problems like pimples, tan, sunburns, heat rashes and much more. Summer also calls for a change in diet and healthy living tips. Here are some tips for you.
Hydrate: Summer heat dehydrate your body and this is due to heat and sweat. It happens when your body doesnt have as much water as it needs and make you feel hungry. So keep your body hydrated by drinking water. Drink at least 89 glasses of water a day. If you bored of water then add some healthy alternatives like homemade fresh fruit juice, coconut water, buttermilk etc. Keep you healthy and hydrated.
